Filamer Christian University celebrated her 114th Founding anniversary last August 15 – September 1, with the theme “FCU@114: Perpetuating Christian Heritage amid Global Change”.
Various activities were conducted that made the celebration more meaningful. Sports activities started on August 15 with different ball games competitions. Commemoration service was held on August 24 with Dr. Lily Fetalsana-Apura as the speaker. The gathering of alumni coming from different places happened on the 25th. Alumni who attended the assembly had fun and fellowship until night time. Opening salvo started with a balloons parade by the different departments followed by the opening program at the Capiz gymnasium.
